ABOUT CHANTEL
Chantel is a clear expression of life as a reflection, guide, and coach for the collective within transforming trauma, spirituality, intuitive healing, and plant medicine; and a woman who has healed herself from 6 dis-eases with the power of remembrance of LOVE and electrified living.
She is the Founder and CEO here at Upful Blends, where she creates and provides potent alkaline blends, herbs, and supplements for the connection of the mind and body, inspired by indigenous and ancient wisdom. Not only that, she also supports men and women throughout the process of healing from dis-ease within the alkaline embodiment and transforming trauma to empower their process of remembering who they truly are.
HOW DID UPFUL BLENDS START?
Chantel’s journey began at 13 years when she began experiencing severe depression, anxiety attacks and attempted suicide for reasons unknown. She was kicked out of public school and was in an all-girl program for a few years. From then until 24 years she experienced many different forms of unease and dis-ease; from kidney issues, hormonal imbalances, consistent tumors and fibroids, enlarged heart, heart dis-ease, severe anemia, skin illness, depression and suicide; and nerve and brain damage from multiple high impact car accidents. She sure is one hell of a Queen, using this to empower her and the world!
She’s self-taught in herbal healing, first beginning in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) before immersing herself in firsthand studies of the African Bio Mineral Balance, psychedelic plant medicine, and Amazonian plant medicine, which is what supported in the rapid healing. She’s since traveled to the Amazon Rainforest to be immersed in and study plant medicine and consciousness. She's also a humanitarian, donating to and involved in building water wells and schools in Tanzania, Africa; and giving back from the purchases made through Upful Blends to our Amazonian Tribe family in reforestation projects.
Chantel is a lifetime honorary member of the All Ladies League, which is an international organization of women impacting the world within leadership and consciousness. She is certified as a MBE and WBE. She’s been featured in an international book called Legends of Change, that speaks on the impact of plant-based lifestyle and empowerment of that embodiment along with 85 of the most impactful women in veganism in the world and has been interviewed by The Daily Post, Elephant Journal, and Koya Webb on her podcast, Get Loved Up.

I believe and know that the frequency of LOVE is all there is and when we allow our divine bodies to receive what has already been provided for us by nature, may we experience an epic human life filled with infinite possibilities in each moment!
I came to realize how many of us as a collective don't break conditioning because of programmed beliefs and the comfortability in staying within those belief systems. This goes for our connection to the mind and body; business, relationships, self worth, and health, which all play a role in what human life is experienced through us.
My mission is to inspire, empower, and ignite a movement of expansion and remembrance of who we are through consciousness, love, and electrified living.
Alkaline (UPFUL) living is simply electrified and pure embodiment. It allows space for creative embodiment, radical health alignment, and connection to the mind and body; Consuming only what we are made from, may we continue to vibrate higher.
